SHIPPING & RETURNS


General Shipping Info:

We no longer require signatures at delivery. However, if you would like us to add that to your shipment, please leave us a note at checkout.

All shipments will ship with 1-2 business days, are tracked, and insured.

If you are interested in expedited shipping services, we recommend contacting us first to chat about when you are expecting the shipment to arrive at its destination. Salida is a small mountain town. Services and options can sometimes be limited.

International orders, please read this important information: International shipping is expensive and can include fees that we have no control over. Your shipping rates do not include third party fees (customs duties, VAT fees, brokerage fees, import duties, taxes, etc). We urge you to look into possible extra costs associated with your country prior to placing an order. We use HS Tariff code 871499.  Packages that are returned because the package was unclaimed, refused, or third party fees were unpaid will not be refunded shipping costs and handling charges may apply.  We cannot make promises as to delivery dates due to customs processing time.

Salida Pick Up We do offer pick up at our shop in Salida. However, in order to complete the order you will need to select and pay for a shipping option. Please leave us a note that you would like to pick it up locally and we will then refund your shipping. We are open from 9-5, 7 days a week. Returns:

We offer a full refund for new, *unused stock items if returned with in 30 days. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS. If our bags are not a perfect fit for your frame or you, we've got you covered. Just mail the gear to the address below. We recommend a trackable service. Please include in the box a love note with your name, email address, a dad joke, and the specifics of your exchange/refund request (reason for refund/exchange, product, size, color, additional product purchases, etc). We will contact you, if needed, when we receive your return.

*We inspect all returns and exchanges to ensure they may be resold as first quality items. If they don't pass that inspection you will be offered a credit that reflects the value at which we can resell the item. This includes shipping your unwanted item(s) back to us in a manner that doesn't require excessive bending, twisting, contorting, or wadding of the Oveja Negra bag to fit it inside the shipping box. If any part of the bag is damaged due to the way it was packaged to be sent back, then a partial refund will be issued. If you are unsure of anything, call or email us!
